Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 500 g Reindeer meat diced
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Potatoes diced
- 1 cup Onions chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme dried
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the reindeer meat, carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic.

Drizzle with olive oil and mix well to coat all ingredients.

Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.

Pour the beef broth over the mixture, then season with salt, pepper, and thyme.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.

Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of cooking to allow the top to brown slightly.
